University of Oslo: New faculty director at the Faculty of Dentistry

Ulshagen completed a Cand. Pharm. degree at the University of Oslo in 1985. She also holds a Master of Management from BI (2002).

Ulshagen has broad and relevant experience from administrative management and administration. She has worked in the public sector as well as with pharmaceutical industry in the private sector. She has extensive experience from both the Norwegian Medicines Agency and the University of Oslo, where she was Department Director at the Department of Pharmacy during a demanding transition period from 2004 to 2012.

Ulshagen has since been Head of Section and for the past four years Area Director at the Norwegian Medicines Agency. There she leads the largest section in the agency, with 110 employees.
