University of Reading Achieves Top 100 Placement in QS Europe University Rankings

The University of Reading has been ranked at 71 in the inaugural 2024 QS Europe University Rankings, published today [20 September].

The new league table ranks a total of 688 institutions, placing Reading among the top 11% of universities in Europe.

The University is ranked at 28 in the UK, out of 107 institutions to be featured.

Among other indicators, the University is ranked in the top 100 in Europe for:

  • Citations per paper (69)
  • Employer reputation (69)
  • Employment outcomes (78)
  • Sustainability (joint 86)
  • International faculty (91)
  • Papers per faculty (91)
  • International research network (97)
