University of São Paulo: Fuvest releases biosafety standards for entrance exam 2022

On December 12th, the exams for the first phase of the 2022 entrance exam will begin for those who intend to study at USP. Responsible for the competition, the University Foundation for Vestibular (Fuvest) will adopt a series of sanitary measures to preserve the health of candidates in relation to covid-19. In general, Fuvest advises candidates to follow general protocols and the vaccination schedule against covid-19. Biosecurity measures will be maintained compared to last year and will include the use of masks covering the nose and mouth, distance between candidates, the availability of alcohol-gel for hand hygiene and ethyl alcohol for cleaning the candidate’s desk and the prohibition within the exam application rooms.

There will be no temperature measurement for entry into the test sites and candidates who are symptomatic or in suspected cases of covid-19 are advised not to attend the exam.
