University of South Africa takes part in the Luanda International Fair
The exhibition aims to raise awareness of Angola’s economic and industrial potential to attract national and international investments capable of supporting development and contributing to the growth and diversification of its national production.
Unisa attended the exhibition to market and recruit master’s and doctoral students, increase its international footprint and promote its ten catalytic niche areas.
The university’s exhibition stand was a centre of attraction and engagement. Most Angolian citizens expressed interest in studying at Unisa. They were grateful for the opportunity to interact with the institution to get clarity on application processes and support services offered by the institution for students outside South Africa.
Unisa alumni Vadney da Graca Gomes da Silva and Gecinia da Silva also interacted with the university at the exhibition. They furthermore shared that Unisa’s qualifications had opened doors of opportunities for them. Both expressed a keen interest to enrol for their postgraduate degrees shortly.
