upGrad records over 20,000 Mentorship sessions to drive employability in India

The offerings include a host of personalised solutions like Career Guidance, Selection of Career Path, Profile Building, Resume Writing, Domain Interview preparation, HR Interview preparation, and Job Search Strategy to help professionals make their best career move.

There is an estimated gap of 6 million between demand and supply of digital talent across eight countries including the US, China, India, and parts of Europe, a recent report by McKinsey & Co. suggests. Therefore, upGrad is working dedicatedly to offer hyper-personalised content and career services, thus helping professionals across geographies to attain meaningful career outcomes.
