Ural Federal University: Increased Scholarship for Master’s Students

Diploma holders – prize winners, winners and medalists – of the All-Russian Student Olympiad “I am a Professional” will receive a scholarship of up to 30 thousand rubles when entering Master’s programs of the Ural Federal University. The corresponding order was signed by Victor Koksharov, the university rector.

“The Olympiad participants show a high level of preparation and well-developed soft skills. We note this both during the competitions in our fields and during the educational forums in Sochi. That is why we decided to support the best of those who choose our university, including financially, by establishing scholarships for them,” says Victor Koksharov.

For example, the winners will receive 10 thousand rubles, the winners – 20 thousand, and medalists – 30 thousand rubles. The scholarship will be retained on the condition that they pass the session without fails.

“With the help of the higher educational institutions organizing the Olympiad the participants get the opportunities to realize themselves and develop their skills. We would like to thank everyone who is on the list of organizers, we hope that the number of educational institutions, which are ready to provide additional benefits to the participants of the Olympiad will increase. The number of host universities is increasing every year: last season there were 28, this year there are already 30, and they represent 12 Russian regions”, says Alexey Komissarov, Director General of the ANO “Russia – the country of opportunities”.
