Ural Federal University Partner Personal Account’s New Features Enable Recruiting Students For Internships
The Partner Personal Account of the Ural Federal University has received new features. They will help employers to simplify participation in project-based training and to invite students for internships. Anna Zorina, Deputy Head of the Division of Strategic Development and Marketing, presented the new features of the service to the representatives of partner companies.
“We focus on creating a digital environment where students can get internships with our partners to interact with the real economy. This will allow them to get on the right career track during their studies. The Partner Personal Account already helps companies work with the university as a team. This means that several people from the company can interact with faculty and students in different areas at once,” said Zorina.
In this way, by managing roles and users in the service, partners themselves will be able to expand and update the range of participants in project training, practice, participation in events and job offers.
“In the Partner Personal Account, you can assign appropriate rights in the system to employees from different parts of the company who are willing to participate. We aim to provide the organization with the opportunity to share information about itself with students in the most comprehensive way possible. The user profile shows what kind of person he is and what he does in this system, what interaction formats he has, contacts, notifications, prompts,” adds Anna Zorina.
When developing the Partner Personal Account, the Ural Federal University focuses on the introduction of paperless technology, which makes it possible to sign agreements with organizations electronically.
The university has also focused on promoting interdisciplinary areas of education that are attractive to employers. Searching for candidates for projects, internships and employment will be easier with the help of the Vacancy Service. The innovation is waiting for the Partner Personal Account this year.
