Ural Federal University To Prepare Engineers For India
The Ural Federal University and D Y Patil University, one of the leading universities in India, signed a memorandum of understanding. The dozen Indian students will come to the capital of the Urals to study at the Summer University.
The document was signed by Victor Koksharov, the Rector of the Ural Federal University, and Mukesh D. Patil, the Principal of the Indian University. Both noted the importance of resuming scientific and educational relations between Russia and India.
The partners’ interests focus on Engineering and IT (Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceuticals), as well as learning Russian as a foreign language.
Students from the Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology are expected to participate in the Summer University along with their counterparts from China, Mexico and several other countries.
