“Research on psychological and socio-cultural aspects of contemporary human well-being is a topical issue that has no geographical boundaries or rigid disciplinary frameworks. This topic is one of the important areas of research at Ural Federal University within the framework of the Priority 2030 program. International and interdisciplinary approaches are extremely important for effective disclosure of the topic. Studying the level of human resilience to modern challenges, ways to maintain psychological health of different population categories, minimizing the negative impact of the digital environment requires a coordinated approach of humanities scholars from different countries,” explains Elvira Symanyuk, Director of the UrFU Ural Institute of Humanities, Co-Organizer of the conference.
The conference will bring together 54 researchers from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Great Britain, Spain, and Bulgaria. They will consider aspects of well-being in different areas. For example, they will discuss the psychological well-being of the population and students in particular, support measures for students, personal development factors, psychological well-being in old age, during pandemics, etc.
