Ural Federal University: Uralvagonzavod Concern Employees Will Improve their Intellectual Property Expertise
40 employees of Uralvagonzavod Concern, which is part of Rostec State Corporation, will undergo training under the advanced training program “Patent Audit and Patent Strategies of Enterprises,” which is organized by the Training and Research Center for Intellectual Property (part of the Division of Innovative Activities).
The program is primarily aimed at specialists of enterprises that participate in the development and implementation of projects of legal protection of key products of the concern.
“Cooperation between UrFU and our long-time partner – the Uralvagonzavod Concern – continued in 2022. We as professionals are glad that the programs related to intellectual property are in demand by leading Russian companies and arouse the interest of the audience,” said Dmitry Shulgin, Director of UrFU Training and Research Center for Intellectual Property.
According to him, during the program Uralvagonzavod specialists will learn how to conduct a patent audit of technological projects, assess the patentability of inventions and patent purity of products, as well as learn the methodology for developing patent strategies and legal protection projects for innovative products.
The program includes participants from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, the Krasnodar Territory, Bashkiria, Bryansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Omsk, Tomsk, the Amur Region, Nizhny Tagil, and Chelyabinsk.
