UrFU Emerges as a Leader in Technical Entrepreneurship

The end of the year is the time to summarize the results, including the work of the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform. UrFU has become one of the leaders in the Russian Federation in terms of the number of events in the field of technological entrepreneurship and the best in the Ural Federal District. Сurrently, only six Russian universities, including UrFU, are implementing all directions of the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform.

“University innovators are developing accelerator programs, conducting trainings on entrepreneurial competencies, launching the Entrepreneurial Boiling Point, opening a startup studio, attracting students to participate in the Student Startup competition: it’s impossible to list everything. Even on the frostiest days, our favorite work and the belief that we are raising smart, independent, enterprising and creative future of Russia warms us. We give every talented student with an idea a chance to create their own startup,” said Nadezhda Terlyga, Deputy First Vice-Rector of UrFU.
