VAIGA Expo 2020 concludes at Thrissur

Thrissur: Jammu and Kashmir Government has expressed desire to tap the Kerala state’s vast market for the fresh and dry fruits grown in the Union Territory.
The views were expressed by Director Horticulture, Ajaz Ahmed Bhat, while speaking at the concluding function of VAIGA Expo 2020 Thrissur, Kerala.
Ajaz Ahmed highlighted that Kerala is a vast market for the fresh and dry fruits of J&K and it will like to reach out there with its unique horticulture products. He said the Horticulture Department of J&K is on a mission to enhance its capacity and production using newer technologies.
Among others, the concluding function was attended by Union Minister of State for Agriculture, Parshottam Rupala and Kerala’s Minister for Agriculture V.S. Sunil Kumar.
J&K stall bagged 2nd rank among the participants at the VAIGA Expo 2020 Thrissur.
