VC KU visits Wayne campus; Reviews arrangements for new Academic Session

Kupwara: Vice-Chancellor, Kashmir University (KU), Prof. Talat Ahmad today visited Wayne Campus of KU in north Kashmir’s border district, Kupwara, to take stock of the pace of work on the recently established Satellite Campus Wayne.
The V-C along with his team had a detailed meeting with District Development Commissioner Kupwara, Anshul Garg, Executive Engineers of various departments and other concerned officials.
Various arrangements being put in place including electricity, water supply, sanitation, approaching roads and other construction works in and around the University Camps were discussed in detail.
The officials appraised the VC that Wayne campus is spread over 500 kanals and is 2 kms from the Kupwara township.
