VIBGYOR Group of Schools announce 100% results in ICSE and ISC

New Delhi: VIBGYOR Group of Schools, a leading chain of K-12 schools, has announced achievement of 100% results in the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) conducted by Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). Saumya Jain with 99.8%; Avantika Kumta, Siddh Doshi,Pratham Deora, and Samridh Saha, with 99.6% each; and Kanishk Shah, Anvita Bharpilalia and Rohan Sharma, each with 99.4%,  emerged as national school toppers in ICSE. In ISC (Science), Pranav Pothanis, Medhansh Khattar, Akshay Alva, Aniv Surana and Jatin Gupta emerged as national school toppers with 98.2%, 97%, 96.5%, 96.5% and 95% respectively

Board examinations were cancelled this year due to the second wave of COVID-19, and alternative evaluation methods were adopted by the various boards. Accordingly, ICSE results were calculated as an average of students’ Grade 10 internal assessment and Grade 9 scores.

Congratulating the students on their brilliant performance despite the challenges, Kavita Sahay Kerawalla, Vice Chairperson, VIBGYOR Group of Schools, said, “With the closure of physical classes last year due to the lockdown, students had to adjust to an entirely new education landscape and a changed lifestyle. Prolonged restrictions on social interactions and uncertainty about exams also contributed to mental stress, creating yet another challenge for them. However, despite all the constraints, our students have managed to complete another academic year successfully. I am proud of our students for their stellar achievement during this year of global upheaval and also of our teachers who rose to the challenge, for their unswerving dedication and support for their students. The CISCE results are a testament to VIBGYOR’s commitment to quality education, innovative pedagogy and highly-developed digital infrastructure, which ensure that learning is imparted immersively and effectively regardless of whether classes are conducted online or offline.”
