Vibrant Farewell ‘Odyssey’ of PGDM Batch 2020-22 Organized at IMS Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad: IMS Ghaziabad organized ‘Odyssey’, the grand Farewell of PGDM Batch 2020-22, under the mentorship of Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar on May 07, 2022. The junior batch of 2021-23 was in high spirits in putting up a day brimming with positivity, ecstasy and excitement for their seniors.

Addressing the enthusiastic learners, Dr. Urvashi extended her best wishes to the outgoing batch for their bright future and career. Referring to them as “The Star Batch”, she congratulated them for grabbing excellent placements in A listed organizations like Deloitte, Dabur, Mondelez, Byju’s, Colgate, ICICI, Wipro, Bandhan Bank etc., thus bringing laurels for themselves, their parents and their alma mater. Highlighting that the institute belongs to the students, she advised them to give wings to their dreams and never set boundaries while defining their goals.

The juniors showcased a platter of breath taking cultural performances in the high octane environment. Spectacular ‘Ganesh Stuti’, mesmerizing dance performances, and melodious songs left everyone spellbound. The showstopper of the day was the scintillating Fashion Show in which Poornima Singh & Himanshu Dharoch were crowned Ms. & Mr. Farewell respectively.

Adding to the glitter, Ishika Dixit, Muskan Sharma, Arpit Tiwari, Harshit Katiyar, Mohit Singh, Mansi Singh, Saransh Verma, Gurleen Chhabra, Siddhant Tiwari & Purnima Mishra were awarded with various other titles and recognitions. Organized by the energetic juniors in coordination with Dr. Laxmi Pandey and the cultural team, the day created fond memories to be cherished and rejoiced by everyone in the years to come.
