Vice Chancellor extend greetings to new President

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Vice Chancellor, Prof Tariq Mansoor on Friday extended greetings to Shrimati Droupadi Murmu as she was elected the 15th President of India and said that the AMU community has joined the nation-wide celebrations.

He added: “On behalf of the AMU Community, a very enthusiastic and sincere note of congratulations to President Droupadi Murmu. We are certain that her mandate as President and as the Custodian of the Constitution will not only strengthen the Country; but it will hugely benefit AMU and other Central Universities as she is the Visitor”.

I wish the new President much success and personal fulfillment in her new role as she prepares to take up the responsibilities and challenges of her high office, said Prof Mansoor.
