This one Digital Study Room per village will replicate an offline classroom setup and will include physical elements such as table, chair, white board, smartphones with 6 months of internet recharge and free access to Vidyakul’s e-learning program via its App.

Sankalp Yatra is a merit-based scholarship program where students from low-income backgrounds are selected based on a qualifying criteria. Selection is based on a student’s academic inclination and performance, interview processes along with taking into account family dynamics and financial capability. Under this edition, the aim is to support 500 academically promising students from financially marginalized backgrounds across 500 villages. These students do not have access to adequate resources but have academic prowess. Digital Study Rooms will be built in the confines of the homes of these selected students.

Founded in 2019, Vidyakul is an edtech platform which provides affordable, accessible and vernacular education to the state board students of classes 9 to 12, with a ticket size of as low as Rs 200/month. Sankalp Yatra is Vidyakul’s step towards enabling a more promising tomorrow, for students who are waiting for a single breakthrough in life. After 2 successful editions in 2022 and 2023 of building Digital Study Rooms, this is Sankalp Yatra’s 3rd edition. In 2022-23, 100+ students were positively impacted, including 40% girls. In this edition, Vidyakul aims to extend its impact to 500 students.
