‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ at Dept of Computer Science

Aligarh : Faculty members raised public awareness about the ills of corruption in the Nation-wide ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ observations at the Department of Computer Science, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU).

Administrating the ‘Integrity Pledge’, Prof Tamanna Siddiqui (Officiating Chairperson) called for practicing preventive vigilance and pressed for the need of a strong commitment for effective vigilance and corruption free Country.

She also spoke on the roles people from all walks of life can play to stop corruption.

Department teachers, Prof Mohammad Ubaidullah Bokhari, Dr Shafiqul Abidin, Priti Bata and Sehba Masood urged the university employees to do their best in promoting honesty in all spheres of life.

B.Sc students, Suhel Khan and Ahmad Raza Shibli delivered speeches on the best practices in transparency for delivering civic services.

Prof Tamanna extended the vote of thanks and Dr Mohammad Nadeem conducted the programme.
