Vijay Kamath, Head of Legal & GRC, Volkswagen honoured amongst one of India’s Finest in-house counsel

Mumbai: Volkswagen, Europe’s leading manufacturer, is proud to announce the recognition conferred upon Mr. Vijay Kamath, Company Secretary and Head of Legal and Governance for Risk and Compliance by Indian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) as one of ‘India’s Finest In-house Counsel’ on October 6, 2017. Mr. Kamath was felicitated at a gala event organised in New Delhi, which was graced by senior bureaucrats and dignitaries from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry the Department of Law & Justice and legal fraternity from In-house Counsel Worldwide (ICW). This was the second recognition that Mr. Kamath has received, after being named as one of the “Top 100 General Counsels in India” last year in the GC Powerlist India published by Legal-500, an international law research agency.
