Viper Innovations, Winner of the 2017 PwC West of England Business of the Year Award
New Delhi: Viper Innovations celebrates the prestigious 2017 ‘PwC West of England Business of the Year Award’ in the under £30M category. The event has become one of the most significant business awards in the West and celebrates Business and enterprise, across small, medium and large companies. The award was presented at the Aerospace Bristol on the evening of the 6th of September.
Viper Innovations Ltd, established in 2007 with an initial working capital of £45k has established itself as an example of British engineering prowess, with a company culture of continual investment in Research and Development (R&D) and, delivering ground breaking technology that maximises the operational life of control and electrical distribution equipment.
One example of the success of Viper’s innovative capability is V-LIFE. A technology that can reverse the detrimental effects of water ingress into subsea electrical cables without the need of cable recovery and replacement. Launched in 2012, the technology has had global success providing companies with an alternative solution to remediating failing cables, with significant cost savings in the oil and gas industry.

The 2017 West of England Business of the Year Award will be added to various accolades the company has received in recent years for their technology innovations, but this award is in recognition of the success of business as a whole.
