Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Arts, Science and Commerce (VESASC) launches three new Courses in B. Com. (Finance), B. Com. (E-commerce and Post-Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
Mumbai: VES College of Arts, Science and Commerce has launched three new au-tonomous courses, namely B. Com. (Finance), B. Com. (E-commerce) and Post-graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. The three full-time undergraduate courses are powered by 21C Skills Course which aim to prepare students for the future with 21st century skills, improve their job readiness and spark an entrepreneurial mindset in them by establishing corporate connections. The PG Diploma course aims at delivering structured learning and specified skill development in the field.
The B. Com. (Finance) incorporates the fundamental information and knowledge of a traditional B. Com. along with specialized subjects that deal with Finance, Banking and Investments. The course combines technical and theoretical knowledge and offers an edge to students who are looking to work in varied roles within the Finance sector. Financial analysts, Risk and Investment experts are some of the top positions that students can look for after completing this course. The curriculum works at making students equipped enough to take effective managerial and executive decisions, which are mainly Financial in nature.
Since E-commerce has been booming in the last few years, recognizing the need for skilled people in the field was the way forward. Consequently, VES has launched the B. Com. in E-Commerce undergraduate course, in which students will be provided appropriate training in the domain of retail management, E-Commerce, and business skills. The E-commerce B. Com. courses in these domains will educate students on the key issues associated with understanding corporate environments. The course will impart fundamentals that can help e-commerce businesses grow. It focuses on marketing, digital marketing, accounting, finance, strategy, pricing, and analytics.
