Webinar on ‘Role of Faith in Collective Crises’

Aligarh: Spiritual Gurus, saints and scholars of various religions from across the Nation will shed light on how world religions can play a vital stabilizing role and offer a beacon of hope amid the ravages of Covid19 outbreak during a two-day international webinar on ‘Role of Faith in Facing Personal and Collective Crises: What Religion Can Offer to the Post-Covid World’ beginning on September 26.

Organised by the Dara Shikoh Centre for Interfaith Understanding and Dialogue, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), the webinar will be inaugurated by AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Tariq Mansoor, said Prof Ali Mohammad Naqvi (Director, Dara Shikoh Centre for Interfaith Understanding and Dialogue).

“Candidates interested in presenting papers in the webinar can mail the abstracts of their research papers in not more than 200 words at [email protected] by September 12, whereas the full papers should be submitted by September 19,” added the webinar coordinator, Prof Akbar Husain.
