The events of the “Week of the Vepsian language” became a good communication platform for young representatives of Vepsians and students studying the Vepsian language, and also contributed to the popularization of the Vepsian language and culture among young people.

The campaign “Week of the Vepsian language” was timed to coincide with the Day of Karelian and Vepsian writing.
