Weekly Block Diwas: Varied services provided to public in Doda

Doda: The District Administration Doda held weekly Block Diwas proceedings across the designated places of the district to redress the public grievances and provide varied services.

The entire program was held under the supervision of District Development Commissioner (DDC) Dr Sagar D Doifode.

The teams of Different departments along with the frontline field functionaries delivered varied service to the people and listened to their grievances.

As many as 151 grievances/applications were received during the program, out of which 147 were redressed by the officer’s/officials of respective departments on the spot, besides several services which includes 17 category certificates, 250 Domicile certificates, besides 41 different revenue papers were provided to the people on spot.

Meanwhile, 282 new works under different heads which includes MGNREGA, 14th FC, Capex and CSS were also started in different areas of the district.
