WeSchool joins as Academic Partner in Maharashtra State Innovation Society’s initiative ‘MH²’ Maharashtra Health Hackathon a Three-Day Virtual Hackathon from 23rd April to 25th April
New Delhi: S.P. Mandali’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool), one of India’s leading B-Schools collaborates as Academic Partner for Maharashta Health Hackathon – MH². It is one of its kind virtual hackathons in Healthcare sector with National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra.
NHM-Maharashtra was setup with the objective to provide integrated, comprehensive, and effective primary health care by improving access, availability, and quality of public health services. The hackathon initiative will see about 300 participants create, iterate, build, and develop solutions on the challenges faced by National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra. These participants formed in groups would compete on key tracks: vaccination & immunization; affordable diagnostic tools; responsive emergency services, and medical devices for improving neonatal care.
Maharashtra State Innovation Society (www.msins.in), the nodal government agency to boost innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystem in the state of Maharashtra setup under the aegis of Maharashtra State Innovative Startup Policy is driving various initiatives to provide support the startup ecosystem at multiple levels. Maharashtra Health Hackathon is one such initiative. The hackathon will begin from Friday, 23rd April and conclude on Sunday, 25th April, 2021.
