Whistling Woods International School of Event Management Introduces Degree & Masters Programmes for August 2021 Intake

Mumbai: Whistling Woods International (WWI), Asia’s premier institute of Film, Communication & Creative Arts, has announced the launch of degree and post-graduate programmes offered by its latest venture, the WWI School of Event Management. Offering BBA in Event Management & MBA in Event Management & Experiential marketing, the full-time programmes are accredited by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, an institute of national importance by the Act of Parliament No. 35/2012 under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.

 

Offering a comprehensive curriculum, the programmes ensure the students are industry-ready at the end of their respective course. The key objective of these programmes is to provide foundational knowledge, hands-on experience, and mentorship, to nurture well-equipped event management professionals. The students pursuing these programmes will engage in a detailed study of designing, planning and execution of multiple event scenarios, use of events for corporate communications, personal celebrations, Intellectual Properties (IP), product sales & marketing, sporting events, exhibitions, retail, on-ground activation, event marketing, event sales and general event management. The education is rounded off with industry-led masterclasses & workshops, live projects & internships, offering a 360-degree approach to the programmes.

 

A one-of-its-kind, the WWI School of Event Management is the latest venture under the WWI umbrella, which was launched last year. Headed by Deepak Choudhary, Chief Mentor; Jateen Rajput, HOD and Jimmy Choudhary, Business Head, the school has the crème de la crème as its Industry Board. The Advisory Board members include Anant Rangaswami, Brian Tellis, Harindra Singh, Mahesh Shetty, Martin Da Costa, Neeraj Roy, MohomedGulamaliMorani, Neeraj Roy, Rajeev Jain, Rajesh Kejriwal, Roshan Abbas Sameer Mutreja, Sameer Tobaccowala, Samit Garg, Sanjoy Roy, Vinit Karnik, Vivek Bhargava and Vivek Singh.
