Wockhardt’s Chairman Mr.Habil Khorakiwala unveils his autobiography called Odyssey of Courage. The book recounts four different transformation journeys from the time he started his company and survived in the first 10 to 15 years to become an important national pharmaceutical organization.
Additionally, an initiative by the Wockhardt Foundation in association with Accenture- A unique mentorship program called ‘School of Courage’ was launched.
‘School of Courage’ is a path-breaking mentorship program anchored in the lessons from the “Odyssey of Courage” and envisions providing best in class eco-system to build future leaders and entrepreneurs.
The one-year program will provide participants an opportunity to be mentored on their goals and life journeys by the doyen of Indian pharma – Dr. Habil Khorakiwala himself, who is willing to commit his valuable time for nurturing budding talent.
Program will also provide one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn and practice behaviors that will make them more effective and transformative as leaders of the future. This program is uniquely designed to entail minimal time investment of participants – only 10 to 12 days in a year and will be a combination of coaching, class-room sessions, action-learning as well as opportunities to practice new behaviors to promote innovative thinking and solutioning.
