Workshop held on the basics of group discussion

ALIGARH : The Club for Short Evening Courses (CSES), Cultural and Educational Centre, Aligarh Muslim University, organized a workshop on “The basics of Group Discussion and Personal Interview” at Kennedy Auditorium.

Dr. Sayed Khurram Nisar, President, Club for Short Evening Courses presided over the programme.

Guest speakers, Mr. Saad Hameed (Training and Placement Officer-General) gave an introductory presentation on motivation and underlined the various essential conditions for successful participation in group discussion and interview.

Mr Saad Hameed, along with Dr Mohd Nayyer Rehman (Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce) participated in a panel discussion moderated by Dr Sayed Khurram Nisar.

A mock group discussion and a Question and Answer session was also held at the end of the programme, which was attended by the members of CSEC including the secretary, Mohammad Hassan Arif and joint secretaries, Arham Hafeez Khan and Hammad Yusuf Khan.

Zainab Zahid and Mohammad Adil Masood conducted the programme while Yashasvi Singh proposed a vote of thanks.
