Workshop on Research Methodology in Marathi
Aligarh: The Marathi Section of the Department of Modern Indian Languages, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is organizing an online seven-day National Workshop on Research Methodology in Marathi from 19-25 January 2022, in collaboration with Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi and UGC-Human Resource Development Center, AMU.
Renowned Marathi writer and Sahitya Akademi Awardee Prof Rajan Gavas will attend the inaugural session of the Workshop as chief guest, while Prof Tariq Mansoor, Vice-Chancellor, AMU will preside over the session.
Prof Syed Mohammad Hashim, Dean, Faculty of Arts, and Dr Faiza Abbasi, Director, UGC-HRD Centre, AMU will attend as guests of honour.
According Dr Tahir H. Pathan, Director of the workshop, many academicians drawn from various universities will be the resource persons.
“The concluding session of the workshop on January 25 will feature renowned Marathi writer Prof Satish Badwe as Chief Guest”, said Prof Kranti Pal, Chairperson, Department of Modern Indian Languages. Prof Mushtaq A. Zargar is the Coordinator of the workshop.
