World Breastfeeding Week organised by the Department of Amraz-e-Niswan-wa-Atfal, Faculty of Unani Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University

Aligarh: M Mushfiq bagged the first prize, while Subuhi Akhtar and Ibtisam Anwar won the second and third prizes respectively in the online poster making and slogan writing competition during the ‘World breast Feeding Awareness Week’ observations organised by the Department of Amraz-e-Niswan-wa-Atfal, Faculty of Unani Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). Aisha Razi and Madiha Iram shared the consolation prize.

World Breastfeeding Week is been observed at the department in line with the WHO and UNICEF theme, ‘Support breastfeeding for a healthier planet’, said Prof Suboohi Mustafa, Chairperson, Department of Amraz-e-Niswan-wa-Atfal.
