World TB Day observed at JNMC, Aligarh Muslim University

Aligarh: In the wake of COVID 19 pandemic, the ‘World TB Day’ was observed by the Department of Paediatrics, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) with limited activities.

Information pamphlets regarding TB and Chest diseases were distributed to patients and a counselling session was organised while maintaining social distance, said Prof Farzana K Beig.

Briefing the patients on precautions to be taken to curb the Coronavirus spread, Prof Farzana urged them to stay at home and follow the Government of India guidelines.
