XIMB Hosts Xavion ‘21

X-SEED, the entrepreneurship cell of XIMB, is organizing its flagship event Xavion’21 – the Annual Entrepreneurship Summit of XIMB – which is scheduled to be held from 13th and 14th February, 2021. With a plethora of events planned for the two-day period, starting from a panel discussion to management workshops to case study competitions, X-SEED plans to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit of the students of XIMB.
The event will host some stellar personalities from the industry with years of experience and a multitude of knowledge to share with the budding managers of tomorrow. Following the inauguration hosted by Prof. Dr. D. V. Ramana, the panel discussion will be conducted.
The discussion will first host Mr. Chandrashekhar Mishra, Managing Director, Crux Power Pvt. Ltd. The second panelist will be Ms. Nikita Baliarsingh, Co-Founder & COO of Nexus Power, who has appeared on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list. The third panelist will be Mr. Amit Nanda, Founder & Director of Satattva Sustainable Development Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The Panel discussion will be succeeded by a Product Management workshop by Mr. Lokesh Gupta, Founder of Producthood, a marketplace of knowledge, growth & talent for the product community. The two-day workshop aims at providing students with valuable insights about business growth and product management.
The keynote addresses will be given by Mr. Deepak Saxena, who is Senior Vice President (Engineering, Design, Quality, and New Technologies) at the Avaada Group, and Mr. Rakesh Jha, who is the Director of Meghraj Capital.
Xavion’21 also plans to conduct a case study competition, ‘Scale it up’, to give the entrepreneurs of tomorrow a platform to build upon their ideas and venture into the world of entrepreneurship.
The event will conclude with a keynote session by Mr. Ankur B Patel, who is a Co-Founder of Techsofin, a fintech startup and Ms. Purabi Das, who is a Public Affairs Officer at Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC). Following that, the closing ceremony will bring Xavion ‘21 to a conclusion.
