XLRI Delhi NCR Sees Historic 30.7% Women Enrollment and Rise in Non-Engineers in PGDBM Batch of 2024-26

 

New Delhi  –  XLRI, India’s oldest business school known for its commitment to academic achievement and comprehensive student development, is redefining business school standards with its campus in Delhi-NCR. One of the standout features of this year’s admissions is the significant increase in female representation, with women now constituting a substantial 30.7% of the student body, a remarkable 25% rise compared to the previous year.

 

In terms of academic backgrounds, the incoming batch presents a balanced mix of engineering and non-engineering graduates. Engineers remain the majority at 51.3%, while non-engineers have seen a notable increase, comprising 48.7% of the cohort. Moreover, the new batch brings a wealth of professional experience, underscoring its readiness for real-world challenges. Over 40% of students have professional experience exceeding one year, and one in four students boasts over two years of work experience.
