YAAP is now Certified as A Great Place To Work® In India

Mumbai : YAAP, the new-age specialized content company, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in India for 2021-22, in the category of ‘Under 100 Employees’.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture across businesses, academia and government organizations. Their certification program is the first step for an organization in its journey to building a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ and YAAP has been recognized as one such company in India.

Every year, over 10,000 organizations from 60+ countries are surveyed to determine the best workplaces. As a part of the survey, they measured the perception of YAAP employees and analyzed the company’s differentiating culture based on critical parameters such as people practices, policies, pay & benefit systems and employee demographics, among others.

YAAP as an organization aims to make the lives of its employees easier, safer and more comfortable. During the time of this devastating pandemic, YAAP ensured the well-being of its employees with various support programs such as counselling and yoga classes, special leaves to those in need and webinars on insurance & COVID related guidance. In order to make the work-from-home atmosphere more seamless, the company offered INR 10,000 to each of its employees to set up the sought-after corner office at the comfort of their homes.

The company also believes in the holistic growth of its employees. Each employee is entitled to a sum of $100/year for availing courses or certifications of their choice. Being a strong believer of gender equality, this International Women’s Day, YAAP took a pledge to grow its female employees from 36% to 50% in the coming year.

Commenting on this achievement, Manan Kapur, Senior Partner, YAAP said “Inclusivity is at its core in YAAP. We try to ensure that employees across every stratum of society find equal opportunities here. Today, it is an honour for us to be recognized by Great Place to Work® as a testament to our commitment in providing an inclusive, trust-filled and culture-backed workplace. But this is only the beginning for us – we have so much more to do.”
