Young Entrepreneurs Shine at GIIS Noida’s Inter-School National Entrepreneurship Fest_
Delhi NCR: Global Indian International School, Noida recently hosted an Inter-School National Entrepreneurship Fest in collaboration with FIZ Robotic Solutions. The event took place recently at the GIIS Noida campus.
The fest served as a platform for young entrepreneurs from various schools to showcase their innovative ideas and projects. The event saw participation from 186 students across the country, making it a truly national event.
Speaking about the event, the Principal of Global Indian International School Noida, Mr. Ganesh Sharma said, “We are delighted to have hosted the Inter-School National Entrepreneurship Fest in collaboration with FIZ Robotic Solutions. It was an excellent opportunity for the students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and learn from each other. We hope that this fest will inspire more young entrepreneurs to take up entrepreneurship as a career.”
The fest was aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among students encouraging them to think creatively and come up with practical solutions to real-world problems. The fest featured a range of activities, including business plan presentations, and panel discussions on various topics.
The highlight of the event was the grand finale jury members; Sr. Vice President of Global Economist Forum ECOSOC-UN and Co-President of Global Development Bank, Maj. Gen. Dr. Dilawar Singh; and Founder of Fun2Do Labs and Ex-Vice President of Paytm, who were invited to evaluate the presentations and select the winners based on their creativity, innovation, and market potential.
While discussing the importance of such a fest, Mr. Saurabh Jain said, “The entrepreneurial fest at GIIS school is not just a competition, it’s a platform for young minds to showcase their creativity, innovation, and business acumen. It instills the spirit of entrepreneurship in our students and prepares them for the real world. This fest is not just about winning, but about learning, growing, and becoming future leaders and change-makers.”
The fest ended with the winner’s results, in the 6th to 8th grade category, the first prize was awarded to Aryaveer Singh Pathija of GIIS Noida. The second place tied between Garvit Basniwal and Abhigyan Chauhan of Jagran Public School and Vrishank of GIIS Noida secured the third position. In the 9th to 12th grade category Aarohi of GIIS Noida claimed the first place. The second place was awarded to Prachi Tomar of Delhi Public School and Sneha Chaudhary & Suryansh of GIIS Noida took home the third prize. These winners truly exemplified the spirit of entrepreneurship and left a lasting impression on the judges.
At the end of the event, Maj. Gen. Dr. Dilawar Singh said, “I am truly impressed by the innovative and creative ideas presented by these young entrepreneurs at the GIIS Noida- Inter School Entrepreneurship Fest. It is heartening to see such passion and drive in our future leaders, and we commend the school for nurturing and encouraging these budding entrepreneurs.”
The winners of the fest were awarded with certificates and trophies. The fest was a huge success, and the organizers are already planning to make it an annual event to promote entrepreneurship among students.
