Zetwerk Recognised As India’s Best Workplaces for Manufacturing
Bangalore: Zetwerk Manufacturing, a global source of manufacturing across industrial and consumer products, announced that it has been recognised as one of India’s Best Workplaces for Manufacturing 2023, by the Great Place To Work (GPTW) Institute. The recognition is based on an assessment of employee ratings of their workplace culture, including the level of fairness at workplace and camaraderie between employees. Zetwerk has been featured in the list of top 25 workplaces in manufacturing.

The assessment involved an objective methodology of assessing workplace culture, using GPTW’s globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index, followed by a detailed Culture Audit. As part of the assessment, GPTW Institute assessed Zetwerk’s practices around people development and learning opportunities irrespective of levels and across the organization while focusing on trust, inclusivity, flat hierarchy and transparency.
