2 day training on silk production techniques held at Katra

Katra: The Sericulture Development Department Reasi today conducted a two day training for the farmers under “Silk Samagra Scheme here at Katra.

The training was attended by 50 farmers where they were educated regarding the latest technology of silkworm rearing, mulberry plantation, departmental schemes, disease control measures for producing quality cocoon crop and its marketing so as to give maximum benefit to the farmers.
