The Happiness Conclave (THC) scheduled for March 24 at the Taj President in Mumbai, is all about some serious discussion on happiness and how organisations can benefit from it.It is a full-day event, action packed with 30 leaders coming together to discuss happiness in the workplace and its impact on business outcomes. The conclave, which is in its second year, is co-created by industry leaders with the objective of bringing together some great minds that can connect happiness to business goals. The Conclave will see participation from across sectors and industries, be it IT, pharma, telecom, BFSI, FMCG or even heavy industries and business conglomerates.
