Covid Bulletin: 1540 vaccinated, 942 samples collected in Ramban District

Ramban: As many as 1540 persons were administered first and second Covid vaccine doses across Ramban district today.

The Health Department Monday also collected 942 samples including 439 RT-PCR and 503 RAT samples in the district.

As per daily bulletin issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Ramban, Dr. Mohammad Farid Bhat, 1540 persons, the highest in a single day in the district, were administered Covid vaccine today at dedicated Vaccination Centres.

The District Administration Department has urged people over the age of 45 years to visit their nearest CVC to get themselves vaccinated. It has also decided to intensify its drives to enforce face mask wearing at crowded places to prevent the infection from spreading.
