ISM Kishtwar hosting Online Yoga session on May 24

Kishtwar: Indian System of Medicine(ISM), Kishtwar is going to organise online yoga session on May 24.

“AYUSH Department Kishtwar is going to host an online yoga session in collaboration with District Administration. The public can participate through the Facebook page of District Administration Kishtwar on May 24, 2021 at 6:00 AM” said Dr. Tariq Hussain, District AYUSH Officer.

Meanwhile, he invited the people to avail the Immunity booster medicines at the nearest ISM dispensary after consulting the doctor.

He informed that there are 24 Ayurvedic dispensaries in district Kishtwar, where Ayush Medicines and Immunity booster are available round the year.

“The Department of AYUSH Kishtwar is distributing medicines. especially Immunity Boosters like Ashwagandha, Chamaprash, tulsi Tablets, Anu Oil etc. to the Frontline Workers, General Public, Security Personals, Government Employees, Covid-19 patients among others and any one can avail it”, he said.
