DC Doda inaugurates Volley Ball Tournament

DODA: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma today inaugurated an inter District under nineteen Volley ball tournament to mark the celebration of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav India @75, here at Sports Stadium.

The DC interacted with players and highlighted the importance of sports in a vibrant and progressive society. He advised the players to show the true sportsmanship while playing the game. He also emphasized on following Covid Safety protocols during the tournament.

The tournament is being organised by district Youth Services and Sports department on the instructions of Director Youth Services & Sports, Mohammad Ashraf Batt.

Chief Planning Officer; Parshotam Kumar, Chief Education Officer, Prahlad Bhagat; DIO Mohd Ashraf Wani and DYSSO, Jaffar Haider Sheikh; besides ZEPO Doda and PEMs, PETs, REKs and other staff of Sports Department Doda were also present.
