Students can become members of the Pushkinskaya Karta program

Starting from September, young people will be able to apply for and use the Pushkin card.
The program was announced by the President of the Russian Federation with the aim of introducing young people to art.

Conditions of the “Pushkin Card”:

every citizen between the ages of 14 and 22 will be able to receive the “Pushkin Card” (these are those who are 14 years old on September 1, but not 23 yet);
card limit in 2021 – 3000 rubles for 4 months (September, October, November, December);
the face value of the card in 2022 will be 5 thousand rubles – they will also need to be spent within 12 months;
On January 1 of each year, the state will put new money on the “Pushkin Card” – and so on until the day when the young man turns 23;
it will be possible to spend funds from the card only on attending cultural events (it will be impossible to cash out or pay, for example, food, clothing, travel or any other needs).
How to participate in the program?

Register on the “Gosuslugi” portal and confirm your account.
Install the “Gosuslugi.Kultura” mobile application .
Get a Pushkin card – a virtual or plastic card of the “Mir” payment system.
Select an event from the poster in the app.
Buy a ticket in the application, on the website or at the ticket office of the museum.
