The working season of the student teams ends

The student team “Power Engineer of Karelia” has completed the working season at the facilities of “Rosseti North-West”.
Within a month, 10 students of PetrSU mastered practical skills in the subdivisions of the Karelian branch, performed work requiring independence and initiative. The fighters of the power squad replaced 340 metering devices, processed 1,500 certificates of admission to the operation of metering devices, and also prepared materials that require processing large amounts of information.

A significant event was a labor shift for the detachment commander, student of the Physico-Technical Institute of PetrSU Dmitry Glazychev. His parents have been working in the energy sector for many years. Knowing firsthand how important efficiency is in the profession, Dmitry was able to optimize the workflow entrusted to him: he made a step-by-step data transfer algorithm – and the solution of the problem began to take not 6 hours, but 10 minutes.

It was during the work shift that Dmitry made a firm decision to work at Rosseti North-West and now continues to master the intricacies of the profession in practice. Since September 1, he has been an employee of the company. Soon he will represent the Karelian branch at the Open online multisport competition among the organizations of the Russian fuel and energy complex.
