DDC Chairperson Gbl visits Unani College Nawabagh

GANDERBAL, SEPTEMBER 14: The Chairperson, District Development Council (DDC), Ganderbal, Nuzhat Ishfaq today visited Unani Medical College Nawabagh Ganderbal to review preparations and arrangements being put in place for a smooth tour of the Union Ministers under public outreach programme.

Nuzhat Ishfaq visited all the faculties of the college and advised for awareness among the locals about the facilities being provided in the Hospital. She advised the Medical officers to work with zeal and dedication with the goal of providing best patient care based on AYUSH Principles and practices.

During her visit, she also interacted with the students and gave a patient hearing regarding various issues including transportation problems raised by them and gave on spot directions for the resolution of the same.

Many deputations from the locality also met DDC Chairperson and demanded that the locals should be given preference in the employment as they have donated their land which they utilized for grazing of animals.

She assured them during the visit of the Union Minister she will raise the issue and put her all efforts.

During the visit, the DDC Chairperson was accompanied by Director ISM and other officers and officials.
