SoftNice felicitated for profusely hiring AMU students 

Aligarh : SoftNice India Private Ltd officials were applauded for profusely hiring Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) students in a felicitation ceremony by the Training and Placement-General Officers of the university.

“As key recruiters, SoftNice has hired 175 AMU graduates in 2021 and a 100 more are expected to be inducted by the year end. SoftNice officials have been conducting an extensive end-to-end process of talent acquisition from AMU—attracting and sourcing candidates, pre-screening and presenting qualified job candidates to the hiring managers and giving them the job offers”, said Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer-General.

He assured that AMU students will leave no stones unturned to prove their worth.

After the plaque presentations, Jibran Rasheed (AVP-HR and Governance, SoftNice India Private Limited) and Faize Nabi (Manager-Corporate Recruitment) shared their plans of hiring more AMU graduates and postgraduates.

Extending the vote of thanks, Dr Mohd Sarfaraz (Vice President-Business Development and Operations) said that AMU has the talent pool to meet SoftNice’s manpower requirement.

He added that Zafar Shaikh (CEO, SoftNice) is committed to deploy resources towards developing centers of excellence in all the major departments of AMU, wherein students will be trained in technical and soft skills by the corporate experts.
