MBA Batch 2021-23 Orientation Programme Organized at AMU Centre Murshidabad
Aligarh: The Department of Business Administration, AMU Centre, Murshidabad organized the Orientation Programme for the MBA first year students of the academic session 2021-22 on 08thFebruary, in online mode.
Dr Nigamananda Biswas, Director In-charge of the Centre, in his inaugural address, congratulated the newly inducted students and said, “Joining MBA is just the beginning of the life-long journey. MBA is a professional course and hence requires extra efforts on the part of the students to utilize this opportunity to get well deserving jobs.
Prof Iqbal Ali Khan, Coordinator, Nodal Office, AMU Centres discussed various aspects of hostel life at AMU and motivated the students to follow AMU traditions.
Prof Salma Ahmed, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies & Research, AMU advised the students to invest the two years of their MBA judiciously as these are the formative years which will set the direction of their life ahead.
Prof Jamal A Farooquie, Chairman, Department of Business Administration, AMU, said;“There are three pre-conditions for leading a successful managerial career; identifying appropriate opportunities; developing managerial temperament; and investing time, efforts and capital to achieve the objectives.
Welcoming the guests and students in the orientation programme, Mofikul Islam, Course Coordinator, MBA, informed the students about the disciplinary and anti-ragging provisions of the Department.
Faculty members of the Department and administrative post holders also interacted with the students.
