Seth M.R. Jaipuria Schools organize learning and development sessions for 1250+ teachers with experts from all over India
New Delhi: Seth M.R. Jaipuria Schools began “Upskill- Scale up your skills” centralized learning and development programme for it’s 1,250+ teachers currently teaching across 25 schools from all over India. The programme is planned over six days, and would have 136 varieties of training conducted by 72 subject matter experts from New Delhi, Jaipur, Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Varanasi and Lucknow. UPSKILL started from June 17, 2019 at Jaipuria Campus at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow in the august presence of Shri Vishnukant Pandey, Joint Director, Madhyamik Shiksha Vibhag, UP Govt and Smt. Anjali Jaipuria, Vice Chairperson of Jaipuria Group, among other dignitaries.
Speaking at the grand inauguration, Smt. Jaipuria highlighted the importance of constant scaling up skills of teachers. “I am ecstatic that such detailed and value-add sessions are conducted by Jaipuria for it’s teachers. This will enhance skills of teachers, and will help students also. We have always believed in upgradation of the personal and professional skills of our teachers and staff. I am so happy that we are also focusing on Sanskrit , art integration in curriculum and unique projects that are a hallmark of Jaipuria”.
Shri Vishnukant Pandey Joint Director, Madhyamik Shiksha Vibhag, UP Govt echoed his views and said “Until and unless the teachers reach the next level , students would have difficulty. Learning is a lifelong process. To be a good teacher, one must be a good learner too. Ultimately, this is what will contribute to nation building. Smt. Beena Nair, AVP, Jaipuria Schools said “we have carefully planned the training of the teachers on subject specific skills as per the latest CBSE guidelines. The aim of this long and rigorous training program is to create facilitators who will help their students to progress in academics as well as to help them make all-round development”.
