NTPC School of Business to conduct Management Development Programme on “Return on Training Investments” in Goa

New Delhi : NTPC School of Business (NSB) is set to conduct a management development programme (MDP) on “Return on Training Investments” in Goa from 11-13 April 2022.
Through its MDPs, NSB works towards providing custom-made short-term programmes for up skilling mid to senior level executives, keeping in mind the dynamic trends and needs of the industry.
Under the expert guidance of Dr A.P. Dash, Dean and programme director, the programme ‘Return on Training Investments’ has been designed specifically for executive level employees such as General Managers, regional managers, AVPs and heads across all verticals. The three day programme is particularly suitable for HR, training heads as well as training analysts across industry domains. The MDP will be coordinated by Dr Meenakshi Gujral, in charge, Executive Education.
The main aim for the course is to help the participants evaluate their training pedagogy, while providing evidence of the same to the stakeholders.
The programme applies a teaching methodology that involved a mix of case–study, hands on training analysis, experience sharing as well as classroom discussion.
