JKSSB SI Exam: DDC Rajouri reviews arrangements
RAJOURI : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today reviewed the arrangements for the upcoming JKSSB SI Exams here at a meeting held in the Conference Hall of the PWD Dak Bunglow.
The meeting was attended by ADC Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh; Additional SP, Vivek Shekhar; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; Tehsildar Rajouri, Mehmood Khan; ARTO, Shami Kumar; DIO Narinder Kumar and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
Threadbare discussions were held on various issues regarding the examinations including accommodation facilities, provision of vehicles, manpower for the receipt, dispatch of examination material, security in and around strong room and examination centres, besides other related issues.
At the outset, the meeting was informed that the examination would be held on March 27, 2022 at 18 examination centers across the district. It was also informed that superintendents, Deputy Superintendents and supervisors would be engaged for the purpose.
The meeting was also apprised that mobile phones, digital watches and other electronic devices would not be allowed inside the exam centre. The candidates would be allowed to carry ball-pens (blue/black), admit card and identity proof inside the exam hall.
Addressing the officers in the meeting, the DDC directed the concerned officers to work in close coordination and synergy for the smooth conduct of the examinations.
The Heads of the Institutions were asked to ensure proper lighting and drinking water facilities in the examination centres.
The DDC also asked the concerned officers to ensure that all arrangements are put in place well in advance and execute the plan as per given directions for the smooth, fair and successful conduct of the examination.
