For healthcare organisations to succeed, the technological transformation needs to be accompanied by process transformation, and people transformation which could then be embedded in a business model that is sustainable. Also, we cannot transplant ideas from other countries when it comes to value-based care. Thus, it becomes imperative to fundamentally rethink ideas before implementing them directly when it comes to new business models.

ISB HealthScape 2022 brought together over 550 professionals from around 19 countries from various areas of the healthcare industry such as clinicians, healthtech startups, academicians, insurance/medtech companies, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics.
